Does Pair Production occurs in X-ray Imaging?

 To put it simply, no. Pair production does not occur in X-ray imaging. X-ray machines are usually rated around ~150 kV (photon with energy 150 keV) which is much smaller than the minimum of 1022 keV need to create smaller possible particle pair, the electron, and positron.
